- Kim Bo Added January 19, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had an awful experience with a staff member "Nicole H" this morning. She took my prescription without a word and handed me the slip. I had to ask how long it would be and was told abruptly "10 minutes!" Once my prescription was ready, she told me the amount and that was it. I am totally blown away by her appalling attitude. If providing friendly customer service if too difficult then you are in the wrong profession Nicole!!!
